If you would like a great excise program or just to learn self-defense we invite you come every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm in the Treehouse to learn Kenpo Karate. This is free and open to the community but donations are welcome. So invite your friends!

Our Food Closet is low ! Please help us restock for those who are in need. We need breakfast foods, rice, meats (tuna, ham, chicken). We do not need can chili; bake beans, corn beef hash or mac and cheese at this time. Thank you for helping others!
